Catherine A. Humpert, Ph.D. is a CRA Senior Associate. Earlier, she was a CRA Research Assistant working principally in the firm’s employment law litigation support practice. Cathy has nineteen years experience in information technology and quality program development with a concentration in document management services/services publications. In this capacity, she has extensive experience in project coordination. She also has experience in financial planning. In a current work experience, Cathy serves as the coordinator for all the administrative functions in a financial planning concern. Earlier, she worked as an ISO consultant and ISO quality representative. In this capacity, she worked with an ISO quality manager to build and maintain a quality management system that supported the ISO 9001-2000 standard for a 300 person organization. From 1985 through 1997, Ms. Humpert worked with an OEM automotive supplier in the following capacities: coordinator for the preparation of a parts catalog, pricing schedules, and the preparation of technical data for product service manuals; the organization of website development and maintenance activities; and, the development, implementation and maintenance of an ISO 9001 quality management system for a 900 person organization. Ms. Humpert attended Macomb Community College after which she earned a B.S. degree in Liberal Arts from Central Michigan University. She later earned an M.S. from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy/Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. In addition to her formal education, she has participated in numerous training courses in subject area associated with her professional work experience.
