November 25, 2008. Ken Myers reports that Bill Rohn, a CRA Senior Associate, died on November 24th after a long and difficult bout with cancer. Bill is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, and his several children. For many years, Bill and Elizabeth have lived in the Washington, D.C. area. Bill first began working with Ken in 1976. He was a highly respected professional who always put excellence in what he did for clients at the top of his list. He will be sorely missed by all those who have known him. November 13, 2008 – CRA President, Ken Myers, announces the firm’s litigation support practice is adding to its well-known capabilities serving as defense experts in employment law cases by adding Claude Oster, D.O., F.A.O.C.R.M., to the litigation support team as an expert in matters involving the medical review and assessment of patient records and the conduct of medical evaluations. This expert witness work most often occurs in response to a need from defense counsel to perform an examination and deliver expert witness testimony on the medical condition of a plaintiff who is asking for damages resulting from a claimed injury resulting from an accident received in or outside the workplace. The medical reviews conducted by Dr. Oster often involve plaintiff claims for disability, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, on-the-job negligence, prescription errors and even claims for wrongful death. Dr. Oster has considerable experience offering testimony in deposition and at trial reporting on his evaluations and examinations.
