Kenneth G. Myers is the President of Consulting Resource Associates (CRA). Mr. Myers participates in and oversees all areas of the work of the firm. In recent years, he has focused on operations improvement assignments for both companies experiencing rapid growth and companies in trouble. He has directed and participated in efforts to reorganize entire company operations. He also has reengineered business processes, department by department, within companies. In almost all of his performance improvement work, he has redefined key processes and then applied technology, operations management and organizational design solutions to cost-effectively implement defined changes. Complementing this hands-on performance improvement work, Mr. Myers has helped numerous organizations prepare and update their strategic plans. In addition to this practice emphasis, Mr. Myers for almost twenty years has served as an expert witness for employment law defense counsel in matters concerning wrongful discharge. This work is described in the preceding pages.

Mr. Myers began his management consulting career with Touche Ross & Co. where he became a principal and national director of professional services to the healthcare industry, serving clients in the United States, Europe, and the South Pacific. In 1976, he joined Plante & Moran as the principal-in-charge of management consulting, where he remained until 1982 when he became the principal-in-charge of management consulting for KPMG Peat Marwick in Michigan and Western Ohio. He founded CRA in 1991.

Mr. Myers has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and an MBA (with distinction) from The New York University Stern School. Mr. Myers is a charter recipient of the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the Institute of Management Consultants.

Mr. Myers is involved in numerous civic and community organizations in Michigan. He also has served as a guest lecturer at The University of Michigan Graduate School of Business. He has made many presentations to professional groups and has published numerous articles.
