Nancy Allcroft is a CRA Senior Associate. She has spent her entire career as a health care industry professional and consultant. Ms. Allcroft focuses on key processes and systems to enhance the organization, operation and billing practices of physicians and physician groups. In addition to her CRA role, she leads her own health care practice, The Allcroft Group, LLC. Previously, she was administrative director, department of OB/GYN and chief operating officer, University Women’s Care at the Detroit Medical Center (DMC). From 1994 to 1996, she was the director of practice operations, Affiliated Internists Corp. in the Department of Internal Medicine at the DMC. Between 1993 and 1994, Ms. Allcroft was the business manager in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine.

From 1989 to 1993, she was a health care consultant with Coopers & Lybrand. Before that, she was the nurse manager in the surgical unit at the American River Hospital in Carmichael, California. From 1979 to 1985, Ms. Allcroft was at the Medical Center for the University of California where she served as the assistant manager in the trauma unit and as a clinical educator and clinical nurse in the surgical intensive care unit.

Ms. Allcroft has a B.S. in Nursing from Columbia University and a Masters of Administration from the University of California. She is a CPA. Also, she is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, the Society for Ambulatory Care Professionals and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, where she has served on the Healthcare Committee.
