Richard C. Greenough is a CRA Senior Associate. He began his consulting career with Touche Ross & Co. After advancing to a manager position with that firm, he formed an air charter company which he owns and operates today along with his work with CRA. His principal management consulting focus is performance improvement where he is able to call on his industrial engineering and financial analysis skills. Most of his consulting work is with closely held private companies. Clients Mr. Greenough serves continually compliment him for both his functional and people skills. Mr. Greenough has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Michigan. He also has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at that same university.
