Mr. White has Bachelor of Science Degree with High Honors in Business
Administration with a concentration in economics and quantitative methods from
Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters Degree in Hospital and Health
Care Administration from the Medical College of Virginia. He is active in
several Detroit area community service programs, and professionally, is a
recipient of the Ford Motor Company Customer Driven Quality Award.

Richard
T. White is a CRA Senior Associate. As a career management consultant with
thirty years experience, he has assisted a variety of clients in strategic and
business planning, operations improvement and reengineering, organizational
development and change management. His particular focus during the last fifteen
years has been implementing strategies and tactics to improve customer
satisfaction. Earlier in his career, Mr. White was a manager in the consulting
group at Touche Ross & Co. Later, he became a group vice president at the Sandy
Corporation where he was responsible for consulting services, strategic planning
and international business development. Mr. White also served in the United
States Army where he graduated from the Army’s Artillery Officer Candidate’s
School. He served in the Republic of Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Division.
Returning to the United States, he served as a company training officer and
instructor.
