MERGER ACQUISITION ASSISTANCE Another outgrowth of our performance improvement work is our assistance to clients buying or selling a business or combining organizations. We act in a facilitator role to bring together buyers, sellers and collaborators. We only perform assignments in this area when we are the exclusive facilitator/agent. As part of this work, we frequently are asked to perform some or all the due diligence associated with a pending transaction. Clients we have served in this area include: Eagle Pointe Harbor, Entech Services, Metrostaff Health Care Services, Saginaw Community Hospital, Sherwood Metal Products, Tunewell Technologies (U.K.), and two insurance companies and an architectural firm in confidential assignments.
